This is probably the single most requested feature in Attract – and now it’s live! How to set up your emails so that they come from a nominated organisation account instead of the default Microsoft ‘Dynamics 365 for Talent’ accounts. Disclaimer – I’ve been testing this this week and have found a couple of bugs which I’ve reported. The application acknowledgement email in my trial environment is ignoring the service account I’ve set up and is still sending from the default account. It’s been reported though and I know the team are actively working on it so expect to see that fixed very soon.
